Joe is our VP of Sales and Development. He helps Everette and Kevin run the company by setting our sales metrics, following up on quality control, and developing/improving our sales team. He is also our Lead Project Sales Consultant. So, in addition to research & development and managing our sales metrics, he is also out in the field quoting sales leads, daily. Joe is the leading force behind the face of our business. His goal is to keep our company ten steps ahead of our competitors by researching and implementing the newest and most effective client-serving sales techniques. He is passionate about the growth and development of the company as a whole by highlighting and reinforcing the integrity and reputation of the company.
Everette Stephens
Production Manager
Everette is our Production Manager. Think of him as the brains behind your project. After you make that big decision to move forward with us, he organizes and delegates the intricate details of your project. He assigns a Team Leader, orders the materials, writes up the work orders, and he reaches out to you for scheduling confirmations. If your job requires permits, city marking for utilities, special product acquisitions – he is the guy. As the Production Manager he is responsible for assigning the amount of hours and man power it will take to complete your project.

Rachael excels in her role as Lead Customer Service Representative, where she ensures exceptional service and client satisfaction. Outside of work, Rachael enjoys quality time with her two Australian Shepherd puppies, cherishing moments with her newly married husband, and playing in the pool with her nieces and nephews.

Alyssa is a Technical Sales Consultant with Toledo Basement Repair. She performs basement and crawl space inspections to identify your structural problem and provide you with the best solution. She will help devise a plan to overcome your foundation’s challenges.

Kevin is passionate about adventure and family, enjoying a wide range of activities from four-wheeling to water and snow sports, often sharing these experiences with his kids. A dedicated community member, Kevin has a strong commitment to teaching and giving back. Over the years, he has coached hundreds of elementary students on his children’s soccer teams and currently serves as vice president of the local recreational soccer club, which hosts over 600 young players annually.
